Welcome to TD Kitchen. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by [Business Name].

Custom orders require advance notice and are not considered confirmed until a deposit or full payment has been received.

We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason, including scheduling limitations, design requests outside our capabilities, or concerns regarding food safety.

Payments

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to reserve your event date.

The remaining balance is due no later than [7 days] prior to pickup or delivery unless otherwise agreed upon.

Orders with unpaid balances may be canceled at our discretion.

Custom Designs

We work closely with customers to create custom desserts that reflect their vision.

Reference photos are accepted for inspiration purposes only. Exact replicas of another baker's work cannot be guaranteed.

Minor variations in color, decoration, design details, and overall appearance may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.

Pickups & Deliveries

Customers are responsible for arriving at the agreed pickup time.

Once products are picked up and accepted, responsibility for handling, transportation, storage, and serving transfers to the customer.

For delivered orders, responsibility transfers upon successful delivery and customer acceptance.

[Business Name] is not responsible for damage occurring after pickup or delivery.

Product Care

Cakes and desserts are perishable products and should be stored according to the instructions provided.

Failure to follow storage instructions may affect quality and is not grounds for a refund or replacement.

Allergens

Products are prepared in a home kitchen that may process common allergens including, but not limited to:

  • Wheat

  • Dairy

  • Eggs

  • Soy

  • Peanuts

  • Tree Nuts

While reasonable precautions are taken, cross-contact cannot be guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for informing guests of any allergy concerns before consumption.

Gluten-Free Products

Gluten-free products are prepared using gluten-free ingredients; however, they are produced in a kitchen where wheat products may be present.

Therefore, products cannot be certified gluten-free and may not be suitable for individuals with severe allergies or celiac disease.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to that policy.

Intellectual Property

Photographs of completed products may be used by [Business Name] for marketing, advertising, social media, website content, and portfolio purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event date.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, [Business Name] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase or consumption of our products.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

Unforeseen Circumstances

If circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent us from fulfilling an order, including but not limited to severe weather, power outages, illness, or ingredient supply disruptions, customers will be notified as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the order or provide a refund for any portion of the order that cannot be fulfilled.
