At TD Kitchen, every order is made fresh and often customized specifically for each customer. Because of the time, ingredients, and preparation involved, the following policy applies to all orders.

Order Confirmation & Payment

A deposit of 50% is required to secure your order date. Orders are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

The remaining balance is due no later than [7 days/72 hours] before pickup or delivery unless otherwise agreed upon.

Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date will receive a refund of any payments made, including the deposit.

• Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled pickup or delivery date are refundable, excluding the deposit. .

• Orders canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery date are responsible for the full order balance.

Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, refunds are not available once an order has been picked up, delivered, or accepted.

Refunds will only be considered if:

• The order was not provided as agreed.

• The product was damaged prior to pickup or delivery due to baker error.

• A significant decorating error occurred that differs from the approved design.

Design & Decoration

Photos provided by customers are used as inspiration only. While every effort will be made to create a similar design, exact replicas cannot be guaranteed.

Minor variations in color, decoration, texture, or appearance are not considered grounds for a refund.

Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

While gluten-free and other specialty products may be offered, all products are prepared in a home kitchen that may handle common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, nuts, and other allergens.

Customers assume responsibility for informing guests of potential allergen exposure.

Customer Satisfaction

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery and provide photographs of the product. We will review concerns on a case-by-case basis and work toward a fair resolution.
